Shannon Swerdzewski

I was born and raised in Columbia, SC. I attended Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and after graduation in 2005, I met my husband. We lived in Rock hill for a few years until we decided to move to Fort Mill, SC in 2013. We love the small-town feel while being near a large city.

Along with following my passion for real estate, I have been in the insurance business for 17 years. My background has allowed me to provide outstanding customer service and stay customer focused. I love working with people and I am excited to help your find your forever home.

My husband, Stas', is a teacher and baseball coach at Catawba Ridge High school. We have two boys who are currently in the Fort Mill School district. We love spending time together traveling and you can usually find me on the baseball or football fields cheering on my boys!

When you work with me, you will receive a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, a committed ally to negotiate on your behalf, the systems in place to streamline buying your home and the backing of a trusted company, Keller Williams Realty. You could never find a more dedicated, energetic, or focused agent to represent you. Please give me a call for a no obligation assessment of your needs! I am excited to help you!
